Emerging Leaders

The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an extended training program to identify, equip and train leaders who aspire to greater levels of responsibility within Adult & Teen Challenge. In order to ensure for success in the future, we must identify and train individuals of passion and calling. ELP is an avenue for achieving this goal.
