Teen Challenge has walk-in and evangelistic outreach centers in major metropolitan areas throughout America and in many foreign countries. Here, troubled persons can come in for initial counseling and an interview. Teen Challenge staff will explain to the person that there are people who care and most of all, that GOD CARES.

The worker also explains that the first step to a new life is a desire to turn from their old ways. Then they must be willing to turn to Jesus Christ. The power of God through Christ is what makes Teen Challenge such an outstanding success.

The residential program itself consists of approximately 12-13 months at a disciplined live-in center where priority is given to Christian growth and character development. A loving, yet structured atmosphere is provided where people can begin to live their new lives.
