Directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals and objectives established by the Executive Director and the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Oversees, plans, organizes, directs, and controls day-to-day operations for Teen Challenge. Responsible for the performance of all department functions -- academics, chapel, maintenance, human resources, public relations, and administration.
