This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting Teen Challenge USA web sites, services, and their users. Primary focus will be interacting with our residential centers for both training and support on, as well as maintaining/correcting, their web services. Other responsibilities may include supporting company hardware, software and networks; as well as providing the appropriate security and archival measures for all company information systems. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery, CodeIgniter, MySQL expected. Must be able to generate ideas and discover/implement innovative solutions.

• Support, monitor, and maintain TCUSA web sites, services and online presence.
• Research and implement new technologies to meet changing department needs.
• Ensure the security, integrity and updating of technical systems and equipment.
• Manage information backups and recovery procedures.
• Follow all policies in the Teen Challenge International, USA Policies and Procedures manual.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position.
