ELC is a ministry training program for graduates of Teen Challenge between the ages of 17-28. ELC provides students with bible and leadership training in a missions driven, education oriented, practical learning environment. We offer accountability through mentorship. Our staff lives life with the students as we all engage in ministry together. Students take classes through Global University and at the end of their two and a half years at ELC they will have earned an Associative Arts Degree in Bible and Theology. For more information please see our website: http://elc.teenchallenge.cc/ ELC is looking to hire a Student Life Director/Dean of Men, a Dean of Women, an Administrative Assistant and Teachers. We are a co-ed campus and we are extremely interested in hiring married couples having a desire to work together in ministry. The Student Life Director fills the role of Campus Pastor. He organizes the students' ministry opportunities, missions trips, chapels and devos. The Dean of Men mentors the men of ELC by forming personal relationships with them. He is responsible to encourage, inspire and challenge students while holding them accountable to ELC's standards. One person can fill both positions- job description available upon request. Individuals applying should be extremely relational, enjoy intense discipleship, be available to work evenings and occasionally travel.
