Supervise students in the fourth and final stage of the program, ensuring they are following Teen Challenge policies and house rules; ensure Re-Entry students are being accountable, becoming involved in a home church, maintaining their daily devotional life, keeping a budget and being accountable with all money, making occasional jobsite visits and maintaining communication with employers; provide transportation to and from worksites as needed (valid driver's license); responsible for delegation of house responsibilities and chores; should attend weekly staff training and meetings. Participate in all extracurricular activities, fund raisers, banquets, select Church services, etc. (Because this position is part-time, it may be combined with another part-time position, such as the Women's Center Overnight Staff Intern, or the Rally/Event Coordinator positions.) • Person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the Teen Challenge missions statement.
• The ideal candidate is a graduate of Teen Challenge or other similar discipleship program.
• The ideal candidate is single and not raising children, thus able to live in the Re-Entry home with the students. (in a private room)
• She should be familiar with the manipulative tendencies of those coming out of drug or alcohol addiction and able to establish appropriate boundaries without compromising her integrity or showing favoratism.

This is a part-time position.
