General Requirements: Desire to serve the Lord. •Some computer, word processing experience preferred. •Must enjoy talking to people over the phone and in person. •Assist the Executive Director in management and oversee all student records and caseloads as needed. •Supervise the intake and release of new students as needed. •Conduct phone and personal interviews of perspective clients, induction, exit forms as needed. •Supervision and development of outreach projects. •Participate in all extracurricular activities, fund raisers, banquets, select Church services, and etc. Bring residents and do approximately 15 services a year. •Any other duties as requested by supervisor. •Salary will be commensurate with experience. Room and board is provided. •Occasionally supervise daily devotions, chapels, and classes for students including but not limited to monitoring morning devotions, and preaching at chapel. This is a full-time position.
